Update - The Wellington Wedding Show - 2009

Great news.  All stands and areas at The Wellington Wedding Show have been sold and booked for 2009.

The 2009 Spring Wellington Wedding Show

Many asked so now we will move forward with a Spring Wellington Wedding Show which will be held on Sunday 4^th of October at The Overseas Terminal Function Centre.  Yes a one day event. Registrations forms will be sent out in May or watch my website for more details.  A full page ad will feature in New Zealand Weddings, The NZ Bride and Groom Magazine.  Additional ads will also feature in the Dominion Post, plus more. 

Invoices/Confirmation

All exhibitors would have received their confirmation / Invoice for 2009. Please make payments by the date stated on your invoice.  If there is a problem please contact Angela.

The Wellington Wedding Show Booklet

All details that will be placed in The Wellington Wedding Show booklet are what we have recorded on your invoice/confirmation, if you had made any emailed changes you would have received these asking for confirmation, if you wish to make changes please email: [email protected].  The booklet has been a great success and will feature 16 full page ads, an introduction, an article by wedding planner Paula Beveage from Belle Vie and then of course there will be an article written by event organsier, Me!, along with a “notes” page.

Housekeeping

• All exhibitors are to report to the information desk which will be located on the first floor near the escalators. An exhibitor pack with your passes will await you.
• We ask you to respect that you have paid for your business only to exhibit from your stand/area.  This mean’s that you cannot give out cards or have on display any other suppliers cards.  In the past we have received many complaints so this year this will be monitored closely.
• PLEASE arrive half an hour prior to opening.
• Parking – This will be a challenge, but I ask that you read signs and please do not park in the Marina Car park adjacent to Chaffers Dock. .  YOU WILL BE TOWED.
• Coffee vouchers will be available and are redeemable from the Laffare stand.  Tea will be available from the Bar area in the Chaffers Room where an area will be set for exhibitors to relax.  Please keep this area clean.

Party/Celebration - Invitations will follow.

Each year we need to celebrate so everyone keep the evening of Tuesday 30 June free.
