Since 1866, Old St. Paul’s has been a welcoming and elegant venue for many wedding couples, fame for its glowing wooden interior and illuminated stained glass windows, this makes the perfect ambient setting for a traditional wedding with a twist of modern elegance.

No longer a parish Church and proudly cared for by Heritage New Zealand, Old St Paul’s is non- denominational but still consecrated, which means you can design your own ceremony, whether it is religious, civil service, same sex wedding or renewal of vows. The popular wedding venue now has a greater capability to host ceremonies and receptions, and the breath-taking interior design will impress your guests. We will simply turn the pews to create an exceptional seated dinner accommodating 50-100 people.

At Old St. Paul’s, we ensure the smooth running and success of your wedding.
Venue hire includes the services of our wedding coordinator and director of music, as well as professionally arranged seasonal flowers, and pew decorations. Our preferred caterers are Sarah Searancke Catering and The Catering Studio – both popular and providing experienced teams.
