Shut up and Dance was formed by three friends who could do the “sprinkler” and the “running man” but were desperate to dance like their idols. They knew they weren’t alone in that a whole nation of women were trying to figure out the choreography to their favourite musicals and music videos too. They decided it was time to liberate those Bedroom Beyoncé’s, and give them and anyone else with two left feet a safe place to bust a move. Now running regular classes in Wellington and Auckland, they know how to have fun, and offer a fresh bonding experience for your Hens Night.
