We are a NZ family owned and operated company in Oamaru, North Otago. Whitestone’s milk is sourced from the healthy grass fed cows of local farms. All of our cheeses are made using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives are added. We are true to the source of our raw grass-fed milk and believe the natural flavours should be allowed to carry through.

There is something very special about our cheese, it is seriously good, and we are very passionate about it.
